Munich, Germany 26-29 October: CORILA participated in the International Climate Resilience Conference (iCARE) at Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität. Over 200 scientists, practitioners, and decision-makers gathered to exchange ideas and explore solutions on how to #resist, #adapt, learn, and #transform our coastal and urban environments under the growing pressures of #climatechange, #sealevelrise, and #urbanization.

BIOPRESSADRIA, an Interreg Italy-Croatia Programme, is developing a cross-border strategy to reduce the negative impacts of nautical and beach tourism on marine and coastal biodiversity. CORILA took part in the high-level event held in Split on 29–30 September, presenting ongoing work to protect seagrass meadows.

Pierpaolo Campostrini, part of the #FederazionedelMare delegation, as director of CORILA, participated in the conference “Celebrating the Sea as a Source of Knowledge and Prosperity” in #Osaka, in the Italian Pavilion at #EXPO2025, which was also attended by the Minister for Marine Policies, Senator Musumeci.
