SUPREME SIMWESTMED final conference – “Planning the Mediterranean Sea”

The SUPREME and SIMWESTMED final Conference will take place the 12 and 13 December 2018 in Venice, at the Santa Margherita Auditorium. The two EU projects, co-founded by DG MARE, focus on two key objectives: to support the implementation of Maritime Spatial Planning (MSP) processes in EU Members States of the Mediterranean Sea and to launch a cross-border cooperation in MSP initiatives.

This workshop is the first meeting of the Activity 4 of the ACTIONMED project, with the title “The information management system for knowledge and data update”. The workshop will give the opportunity to discuss between the people involved with different roles in the MSFD reporting chain (EU, Ministries, agencies, scientific institutes) around the data flow from its collection up to the EU.
