REST-COAST Annual Meeting | 18 – 21 September, 2023, Gdansk, Poland

Yesterday the General Assembly of REST-COAST has officially started. The meeting, hosted in Gdansk, Poland, will be the occasion to discuss about the advancement of the project activities and the next steps to be accomplished in the future. Yesterday the partners had the opportunity to visit the artificial island on the Vistula Lagoon pilot site where the restoration interventions have already started. The works are mainly aimed at attracting waterfowls, in particular waders, limiting the occurrence of cormorants by removing trees and bushes. Stay tuned for the upcoming news from Poland.
